Participants will gain strategies for creating and maintaining a classroom supportive of all students by learning the crisis cycle and understanding its impact on students. Tools for identifying students’ triggers and escalation patterns will be reviewed. The workshop will review strategies for intervening and promoting pro-social student behavior.
