Paola Pineda is an Instructional Content Specialist at ESC Region 11 with over 16 years of experience enhancing educational outcomes for all students, including emergent bilingual learners. She has previously served as an English and Spanish Reading Academies Cohort Leader, District Bilingual and ESL Instructional Coach, and Elementary Bilingual Teacher. Paola collaborates with educators to implement effective literacy and biliteracy practices, fostering and developing high-quality instruction based on the science of how kids learn. Her expertise in literacy and bilingual education and dedication to student success make her a respected leader and advocate for all learners.
