About me
Rhonda Bell-Wallace is a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience in literacy instruction. Throughout her career, she has served as a teacher, campus and district literacy specialist, and independent literacy consultant. Her passion lies in supporting struggling readers and ensuring that all students have access to a literate lifestyle. Rhonda joined ESC Region 11 in 2020 as a Reading Academies Cohort Leader and now serves as the K-5 Texas Reading Initiative Specialist. Above all, she cherish her role as a wife and mother to two amazing young men.
