Mitchell is an accomplished educational leader, author, and consultant with over 25 years of experience spanning both the traditional public school system and the charter school network. She has served as a Superintendent, Regional Chief, Vice President of Schools, and Chief of Strategic District Supports, leading large-scale school transformation efforts and strategic planning.As the author of Don't Be Shy, Lead Fiercely, Intentionally, and Unapologetically: A Book for Today’s Emerging Leaders, she empowers women and aspiring leaders to step into their influence with confidence. She is also the Founder and CEO of Catalyst Leadership Solutions, providing executive coaching and school improvement support nationwide.Originally from Florida, Dr. Mitchell holds professional certifications in more than 10 states, with the ability to serve as both a Superintendent and Principal. In 2024, she completed the National Superintendent Academy with ALI.A strong advocate for equity and leadership development, Dr. Mitchell has a proven track record in building high-performing teams and mentoring women in educational leadership.
