Traditional models of Bloom's Taxonomy present learning as a hierarchical process, but what if we viewed it as circular - an ongoing, interconnected cycle of thinking and discovery? In this interactive seminar, we will explore an alternative approach to Bloom's framework, examining how knowledge acquisition, analysis, and creativity can work together dynamically, rather than as fixed steps.
Building on this discussion, the Gallery Walk strategy will be presented, which is a collaborative learning method that encourages students at almost any grade level to engage with content, share insights, and reflect on each other's viewpoints. Session participants will experience this strategy firsthand, and learn how it promotes deep understandings. . . with the added bonus of movement!

Looking for ways to support students' needs and close the achievement gap, school districts have developed systems to monitor student academic progress and provide extra support to assess, monitor, and facilitate interventions that can meet the students where they are, and build on their knowledge and facilitate skills development. Due to the individual needs, and students' learning styles, differentiated learning and strategies should be implemented to facilitate students abilities and support their learning needs. Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), provides guidelines when it comes to monitor interventions and facilitates differentiated support for students.
